So what can I do if I sent my window phone back,and they sent me a different one but this one gets hot all the time,and at times you tap to see things you have to tap it a couple of times and harder then before what can I do if this is a replacement phone
You can send that one back to get it fixed or replaced - the one year warranty is still in effect, and that is not normal.

Contact Nokia directly. Your initial purchase comes with a 1 year warranty. Your phone is not functioning correctly.

You can always try going through AT&T for warranty service, if you wish - if so, do whatever you did the last time you exchanged the phone.
