Ok, it took two hours to buy the phone. Nobody really knew anything about it. We had to get them to check the stockroom for Nokia stock. In the end the Gallery Place att wireless store had Black, White and Red availble today and NO charging plates. We showed the employees the online att notice wich promised the charging plate. The manager ended up approving the direct shipment of charging plates to the customers that were in the shop.
In the end, the employees at the store were very nice and accomodating. The place was pretty packed with customers wanting the 920, however, none of the eployees knew anything about it or how to ring it up. The manager worked everything out and gave the employees directions.
Very dissapointing really. att has dropped the ball on this release. The employees were disappointed as well becasue they are concerned about getting bad write ups on the customer evaluation forms.

Congratulations on getting the phone that you wanted today!
I didn't know that the Lumia 920 was coming out today, but happened to notice it in the AT&T store today. I got a tweet from AT&T (I think) about the HTC 8X coming today, but nothing about the Lumia 920. I like the way that it feels in the hand, but that's about it. I still can't find a screen orientation lock option in the Settings menu. Nothing else matters to me after that.
