At this point it'd only be an educated guess but based upon history, no.

They will not release unlock codes until 6 months after release regardless of if you paid full price.

Also, at&t has a 6 month exclusivity contract. So it will be at least 6 months before they will unlock the phone.

See response #2. If you need an unlocked Lumia 920 now, you would have to buy it unlocked (not AT&T-branded) from a third-party.

You can get an unlocked one from a third party like GSM Nation but keep in mind it won't be LTE capable.

DO NOT buy one from AT&T unless you plan to use it on their network.
