Pages and pages of people excited to buy a phone from AT&T only to be completely, totally, confused.
No one at AT&T has any information, no one has any idea whats going on or when devices will ship.
What on earth is the point of a PREORDER if you get it 3 days after it's released? What is going on at AT&T that no one knows anything?

I am one of those customers, ordered at 12:17 am pacific time on the 7th, took me 17 minutes because I had to ask the online customer service rep about the wireless charging pad no mention of it during the whole process just to be told that it will be automatic but to check my invoice. Checked the invoice called customer service and they told me they ran out and was out of luck, I explain people ordered after me and got it she said sorry can't help. My tracking number currently says its in Tennessee. It is sad indeed At&t customer for 12 years, gf is a Verizon customer telling me to add myself to her plan..... Sounds tempting.
