Terrible Online Order System

I ordered a Lumia 920 on Wednesday. I got my confirmation immediately. The site said the phone would arrive on Friday. I chose to pay for overnight shipping to make sure I got it on Friday.
Here I sit on Saturday and the order is still processing and there is no information updating the expected delivery. DON'T PUT DELIVERY DATES you can't meet. AND when you miss a delivery date, how about UPDATING the delivery schedule.
I am a first time AT&T customer and I am not happy. I read tons of negative comments about AT&T service but I still decided to give you a try even though you are more expensive. So I paid too much and I'm getting terrible service. Yay Me!

Spoke with them and they had no clue at all when I would ever see the phone so I bailed. I'm done with AT&T. I'll just pick up the X8 with TMobile.

At least yours moved through. Mine showed up as canceled on Friday. I called customer service and they placed another order for me that was again cancled for no reason on Monday 11/12/2012.
Then I called customer service again, they admited it was a problem on their end (but wouldn't explain what it was) and told me to go ahead an reorder. Now it says I'm back ordered online.
How hard is it to run an ordering system. Hundreds of online companies do it everyday with no problems. Here it is like shooting in the dard and you hope to hit something.
Why can't you tell me what your system is canceling my orders. On top of that, I can't go to a store because I'm currently working on assignment 4 states away from my home state. UGH.
Customer service said that if the third order doesn't go through, they would assist me in getting the phone at one of their stores (even though it is out of my area). I wonder if this was a lie, or if they could really do this. Hope I don't have to go that far.
