change in HD recording after service change
All I did was have my Internet speed increased now I noticed when I am recording 1 hd channel
I can only watch standard channel have 2 boxes and 2 tv's and only one tv is on. Pretty sure I could record a lot more before the change. Any on why this could be happening?

Go to Menu > Options > System Options > System information > System resources.
Note what your streams line says (mine says 0 SD/4HD (WNA); 0 SD/4HD (Ingress).
Also note the bandwidth cap: line (mine ways 31947200 (WAN); 31947200 (Ingress);
Post you answers in a reply, and we'll explain.
When your second TV is not on, is the TV Receiver off as well (or is the big green elipse button lit)?

I had this exact same thing happen to me. I called tech support and they said that my profile was "somehow" switched to a 3HD, 1SD configuration. They switched it back to 4HD, 0SD right away and I never had the problem again. No one was ever able to explain what happened but fortunately, the solution was easy.
