If I record a program that is already playing and I want to change options, and select "keep until I erase" I have to do this teice for it to take effect!! This is thru the slave box--thru the DVR box it works ok!!!!

When you get a chance disconnect the AC cable on the DVR for 30 seconds and then reconnect it. After it reboots do the same thing with all of your nondvr STBs.

Call Tech Support using the phone number in my sig. Ask the CSR to run a test on your service for errors, and let them know what is going on with your service. If they see any errors request a tech be sent out to check your install.
