I was directed here while trying to figure out why I have not received my rewards rebate. I just discovered that because I did not claim my offer in time it has expired. I'm sure I'm not the only one that has complained about this, but I find it very shady that the only reminder I got was a letter that was sent after signing up. A letter sent to my new address in the midst of moving chaos. On top of this there was a miscommunication with our apartment complex and our mail had not even been going to the right mail box. So I was patiently waiting on some sort of information regarding my $100 rewards card, only to find out today that it expired on 11/9. This is very upsetting and I would like to know if there is any way to change it's status so that it is not expired and I may still redeem it.

I would recommend that you send a private message to the escalation team at ATT Customer Care and someone will get in touch with you. Their normal business hours are from 7am to 10pm Central Time. Please take into account weekends when contacting them.
