I need help from an Area Manager (anybody that cares) in my area. I have been without TV/Voice/Internet service since early Sunday morning. I have been told there are 6 other homes in my sub-division impacted by this outage. I keep getting the run around from Tier 2 Service.
There are emails swirling within our HOA and 7 new houses under development. We will do everything possible to ensure new residents DO NOT subscribe to your service as UVerse is not fail proof like it is promoted to be.

Send them a private message, on this link, and they should be able to give the help needed to solve your problems. They are available M-F 8am-11pm EST. This is not the regular CS/TS people, but the social media people that know the people to contact to get things done.
Include your account#, email address and a good phone # (land or cell) and time to contact you on.
