My sales agent promised me the Uverse package and pricing and rewards on Dec. 26, 2012 but when I checked with Customer Service, four of the major factors why I switched to AT&T Uverse were not in the Sales Order. I have been contacting him even before the Installation date to confirm all of his promises to me, but can't reached him. I have been calling him on his cell phone which by the way is a Sprint cellphone but the answering machine only says his voice mailbox is full. So I just texted to him my concern about my sales order because I want him to confirm with Sales Specialist before I Mcontinue with the the installation. He just replied to my call and text with short texts but just to let me wait and wait for his call.
I am wandering if he is a real AT&T Sales Agent. He actually even offered and guaranteed us a job at AT&T provided we give him a certain amount of cash which according to him is for training materials.
After so many repeated calls and texts - he did not answer my calls anymore.
Now that my ATT&T Uverse is already installed - I just hope that all the promo prizes and rewards for switching with AT&T will be reflected on my account.
If he is a real employee of AT&T, is there a way I can meet him face to face infront of his supervisor to file a complaint against him.

Sounds like you were sold by a door to door sales person. They are typically just contractors and are not employed by AT&T. If he asked for cash and you didn't get what you signed up for I would recommend that you send a Private Message to the AT&TCustomerCare customer service team and explain your encounter. They will reply back with a PM (blue envelope in the top right of the page). Their normal business hours are from 7am to 10pm Central Time.
