I wish to thank Mr. Welch to whom went over & beyond all that is required of him! I had three different accounts with Att to which got ALL mixed up to say the least,I started calling about service being out,mutiple billing issues & really poor & rude service, I called on several days being sent from one department to another,once I was connected to Directv! This went on for about a week!!!
Then a call answered by Mr. Cowans in billing,he was fantastic! Mr. Cowans listened,went through each of my accounts,discovered the root of the problems,MOST of all he did not transfer me to another department,he was so professional,but most of all his concern & genuine caring attitude was very refreshing.Mr. Cowans then stayed on the line & Mr. Welch answered.
Now try & put yourself in my shoes at this point,I was upset,irate & ready to blow. Mr. Welch was super!He has a calmimg effect when speaking!He took each item one at a time,broke them down & explained the process.
These two men were(ARE) great,very kind & professional,they really do make a huge difference in how TYhey made me feel.A very refreshing experience. thank you very much
