In the last few visits, the tech has decided the ungrounded outlet in my 1963 house is the problem. The same outlet worked fine for seven years. The power isn't a problem for our computers, printer, or other power uses.
Uverse is turning from something I touted to my friends to what seems to be a clever marketing ploy for the notoriously bad local cable system.

Do you have a 3800 RG? Maybe you need a 3801.
Is your in-house wiring COAX? Maybe a connection went bad. Undo & redo all connections - make sure tight. Behind walls, hidden barrel connector or connection to wall plate? No kinks in cable. Assume you have compression ends.
Maybe try isolating by connecting only one TV. Eliminating as much coax as possible.
Problem could be outside. Can you load & run UVrealtime? http://www.uvrealtime.com/
