I'm in the same boat as I'm just about as close to my nearest location with availability (it's in Lawrenceville now). Shouldn't be too much of a wait for either of us, I hope TWO red lights on ones in my area. 
And they are usually next to the cross-connects (POTS line boxes). Fiber posts (that look like buried pipeline warning posts) should be popping up in areas, orange and black I think with white bottoms.

Don't want to. I'm patient, haha. It's not at a place I can just park my car at and ask people stuff, it's pretty congested as far as traffic goes. The last thing I'd want to do is go back there later after work, anyway I'm sure when they roll it out in my area, I'll be one of the first to know. If there was even a good chance they were VRADs, I'd look into it further. I'd put the chance at 1%. Not worth the extra effort to go and investigate I'll know when they make it available. I'll probably be moving in a few months anyway
