I have some credit in my account so I want to reverse some payments that have already been made.
The first rep said she had never done three months worth at the same time before so she would reverse three months first. She wants me to check to make sure everything has gone through correctly, then I can chat again and another rep will try to reverse more.
When I chatted again, I didn't get to talk to her. The next rep said that only the last three months could be reversed. He said there was nothing he could do to help me.
Who's right? Should I be able to reverse more payments?

Contact ATT Customer Care here:
Send them a private message and they should be able to give the help needed to solve your over payments. They are available M-F 7am-10pm CST. This is not the regular CS/TS people, but the social media people that know the people to contact to get things done.
Include your account#, email address and a good phone # (land or cell) and time to contact you on. Good luck
