statement on my first bill under "account charges":
$100 Reward Card Reminder - Within four weeks of activating your service, you'll receive notification in the mail that your Visa Reward Card is now available for redemption along with instructions on how to redeem. Please visit att.com/rewardinfo to learn more about the reward card process and to find answers to frequently asked questions. Thanks for being a U-verse member.
it has been 10 weeks since i called and signed up for new service and 8 weeks since installation. i have called all the neccessary numbers and keep getting cut off from the call saying that the center is experiencing high volumes and it isnt even giving me the option to hang around and wait. i have been checking the reward website for the past several weeks and realize this takes time so i have done what i can online or browsing through forums and FAQ.
anytime i do get through on the phone or even online and get to the option of entering my uverse account # they tell me it is invalid and to re-enter it. i have spoken with an online support rep and he couldnt help and just redirected me to phone support which again i couldnt get access to without being disconnected on their end.
and just for the sake of info....yes i have my proper account #, i have been receiving paper bills through a correct address and also i am within the terms of the promotional period that they verbally told me about and listed on my first bill. i have paid all my bills so far on time and in full.
thanks for any help or info.

Since this is account specific I would recommend that you send a private message to the escalation team at ATT Customer Care and someone will get in touch with you. Please include your name, account number, email address, phone number and the best time to contact you. Their normal business hours are from 7am to 10pm Central Time. It may take up to 48 hours for them to respond and please take into account weekends when contacting them.
Customer care is not the same as customer service. They are a dedicated escalation team that gets issues resolved when other means have failed.
