Since this is account specific I would recommend that you send a private message to the escalation team at ATT Customer Care and someone will get in touch with you. Their normal business hours are from 7am to 10pm Central Time. Please take into account weekends when contacting them.

Hello again, I was wondering what I should do moving forward with my issue. Should I place an order every week untill services are available at my home? only reason why I ask is because online it still says my address is available for internet uverse and if I call in they say i do have it available as well. So do i have to just place an order every week or every other week and wait for a call to see if it does become available in my area. oh and btw I saw a ATT Tech at my neighbors and stopped by to speak to him about my issue. He informed me that DSL is available at my home just that since its an older service that Corp just doesnt want to set it up due to cost effectiveness.
I really hope that is not the case.
