poor customer service

does anyone know the general email address to contact att other than phone or chat? I need to have proof in writing about my dispute..since phone conversation "promised by manager" my acct has no record of the conversation.
ok so i cancel acct 2 days late before the "supposed 30 days trial money back guarantee"..hey I human and don't remember the exact date..only 2 days late. so i call and adv that modem is being return and provided rep with all the numbers/letters shown on return label (and btw..should UPS tracking begins with a 1z,,,,?) well manager assure me since it was only 2 days..he assure me as courtesy to new customer he will waived the 2 days so my acct will show it was cancel withi a timely manner..well here it is 1-19-12.."sorry we have no record of this and since you cancel after 32 days..full payment is needed!"...this is why I always like to keep a paper trail..and no one at att seems to know customer can send email inquiry..complaint..dispute..etc..etc...this is ()*$%$%&*T^&%*&&^^(

also...did you notice when you call..you get loop around and around...and finally when someone comes on the line you get.."oh sorry i need to transfer you to the correct dept.."..and the transfering games begin until the 5 or sometime 6 rep is the correct one

i'm glad i found this forum. wish i could have gotten here sooner..finally...atttammy told me i now owe $0000.
her word is good enough at this time cause it's saved in my VM.
now only if the cc can be efficient as this forum..everyone would be satisfy.

I can't tell you how bad ever experience I've had with ATT.
I've wasted more than 8 hours of my life trying to get customer service jsut to cancel my service. S
So, I've decided to spend my time helping other customers of ATT.
If you have a choice, any choice, of any digital service and ATT, choose ANY other service.
