Why is contact process so unavailable and convoluted? I am receiving fraudulent AT&T emails requesting money but cannot even talk to ATT about it. Too bad because without contact the fraud will continue to impact customers and I have wasted enough time opening an account for this forum. ATT, don't contact me because I care as much as you do.

Customer Service is open Monday through Friday, you can also Send a PM (Private Message) to Alex But without seeing the headers of the emails, or a copy of what you are receiving, it is hard to make a fair guess as to what you are receiving in your email regarding money to be owed to ATT for their service.
"Ren: Now listen, Cadet. I've got a job for you. See this button? Don't touch it! It's the History Eraser button, you fool!
Stimpy: So what'll happen?
Ren: That's just it. We don't know. Maybe something bad, maybe something good. I guess we'll never know, 'cause you're going to guard it. You won't touch it, will you?"

I have never seen an email from AT&T requesting money other than email notification that you can sign into your account online to review your paperless billing statement.

I have recieved phishing emails from Bank of America which I do not have an account with, PayPal, again, I don't have an account with. In todays electronic communications environment, there will always be some sort of phishing and pharming going on. As long as you do not reply to them and have a good anti-virus and anti-malware program you should be ok.

If you're receiving fraudulent emails from someone pretending to be AT&T, forward them to abuse@att.net
