I keep track of my U-Verse outages. Today was a total of about 6 hours. Every time I call customer service they thank me for calling, apologize, send out a technician who tells me everything in my house is fine and they'll check the lines in the neighborhood. And then the next day it's out again. Service is spotty, erratic, unreliable and just plain annoying. Worst decision ever to get the 3 in one u-verse. When it's out--no phone, tv or internet. Had DirecTV and it was SO reliable. And again I'm waiting for an ATT technician who was supposed to be here a half an hour ago. And he'll tell me the same thing--lines in house all good but we're really sorry. Ya, I'll bet.
