Hello, has anyone received a bill that reflected Video on Demand movies they did not order. I'm the only one that has the PIN and I never shared it with anyone. Why should I when I pay the bill. Yesterday at 11:51 am I was watching football and I checked my activity and usage report for this billing period. Somehow a movie was ordered, but check this out, the report reflected the date of 11/18/12 and the purchase time 6:17 pm. I made a copy of the report and immediately called AT&T.

The final outcome is not yet complete. My bill has been credited for approx $36.00, but I was told the entire $94.00 would be credited. I"m still waiting for the remainder to be credited. I copied the e-mail conversation I had with the supervisor, so I do have that documentation just in case I need it. .
