I was informed at an AT&T store since I was referred both the person that referred me and myself would recieve $25 for each product signed up for. I never got anything in the mail nor did I received an email so I called the att rebate line. They informed me that both the person that referred me and I would need to sign up for the program. Now I'm not able to receive the referral because I "opted out" of att emails. Never did they inform me of this status issue. I tried contacting At&t through their email system but received a generic reply that the referral was denied. I am very dissapointed and I am not able to discuss this issue with anyone. Can someone help me? It says I can dispute the decission within 90 days via mail but I cannot find the mailing address. I need assistance with this please!

Since this is account specific I would recommend that you send a Private Message to the AT&TCustomerCare customer service team. They will reply back with a PM (blue envelope in the top right of the page). Their normal business hours are from 7am to 10pm Central Time. Please take into account weekends.

I have had the same problem. We have gone to the store two times, e-mail too many to count, called... and got nowhere. Nobody can help us besides the going through the on-line system, blah blah blah. You send them the e-mail and get a generic response that clearly indicates that nobody read the e-mail you sent. You get lucky enough to get a case number and it's like a case was never opened. This is a waste of time and very misleading. I am very disappointed.

I know what you are going through right now with the multiple calls and no real answer. I sent the referrals to multiple people on multiple dates. Some got it but some didn't and the worse thing about it is I can't really check the status on "my dashboard on refer my friend" I really want to solve this problem and get money. If I could ask a favor from you and contact you to exchange some information to try and get this referral it would be greatly appreciated.
BTW: Did you get your new customer bonus. Mine is in progress.
