Unable to View/Pay Bill?

For the last couple of weeks I've been trying to pay my bill online. I can log into my account, but when I click to view my bill I get kicked back out to the log in screen. If I try to pay it, I get a message that the functionality is currently unavailable. I had a chat session with CS the other night, and was first told the website was working correctly. After checking with network support they told me that tech support is aware of the problem but have no idea when it will be fixed. I realize I can call in to pay my bill, which I will if this isn't corrected before the due date. It's frustrating, though. Has anyone else had this problem and found that it resolved?

I was able to pay online one week ago with no problem, both U-verse and wireless. Hope they work it out for you.

Others have posted this problem but now say the site is working for them. Try again.

Just tried again for the third time today - no luck. I realize they're separate entities, but I was able to log into my regular AT&T account and pay my home phone bill with no problem this morning. Still can't get the U-Verse to work.

I just went to this link and logged in. It also would let me pay my bill.

This worked for me - bring up the web site by clicking on the e-mail bill notice.

Thanks - I've been to the link in the bill, the one you posted, and another one chat sent me - all with the same result. I think I'm going to wind up stuck dealing with phone support, which I usually try to avoid as much as possible with U-Verse. Of course that means I can pay the bill...I still won't be able to see the thing.

I hate to give up & sometimetimes I think what I say is not clear. Indulge me and try one more time.
Bring up the bill notice in your mail.
Click on view bill, sign in, If this gives you another sign in screen sign in. If this does not work, I give up.
Does your ID end in .net? It is very easy to automatically type .com instead.

Thanks, aviewer. I've done all of that, trying the sign in repeatedly with no change. And yes, it's the .net ID. Logging in works successfully - it's the functionality within my account that's the problem.

FYI, website functionality still isn't working. I was able to download the iphone app and view and pay my bill that way. Hoping the website gets straightened out by next month...
