I tried to communicate with the supervisors, they have no knowledge at all, I wish I couldn't cancel my service, will never ever recommend at all

Instead of random rants, how about explaining what your issue is and maybe we can get you to someone who can actually help your situation.

One, I DO NOT work for AT&T, I'm a UVerse customer just like you.
Two, it's hard to train someone BEFORE you hire them
Three, you still haven't said what your issue is.
