I was to get my DSL switched over to U-verse yesterday. Had a appointment from 1 to 4 pm. Wife stayed home to be there. At 4:30 pm I call, where are you. I was on the phone for 30 minutes and was told they could not find my address. FIND MY ADDRESS!!! I have lived here for 28 years and have had the same phone number. You sent me a letter to this address to tell me I had to change over to Uverse. No one called, emailed me to let me know you had a problem. My wife had thing she needed to do. You should have called to ask us what are address is when you found the problem. Now I have to do it all over again.
