My husband and I renewed our att contract about a month ago, even thoughlast time we signed a contract, they messed that up, too! now I come to find we've been getting charged for two SEPARATE family plans, have a bill of $417 and our phones are turned off.
so ridiculous. and since the phone is off, I can't call customer service (it just gives me the option to pay, which I will not be doing) so I'll have to take time out of my day to go to a store, where I've had previous confusion with the service reps who are by and large dumb as rock.
