A friend of mine just bought a house. When he called to get uverse, phone and internet. He was told that he could not get internet because his house was red tagged. They can't seem to get any answers as to what that means or how to get the red tag removed. His neighbors on each side of him ...have internet.

Since this is account specific I would recommend that you send a private message to the escalation team at ATT Customer Care and someone will get in touch with you. Their normal business hours are from 7am to 10pm Central Time. Please take into account weekends when contacting them.
