It seems that my rate has increased for the second month in a row. My current package is now almost $200 a month and that doesn't include any pay per view channels. I find this unusal given the state of the economy and the number of competitors now available. If I try and call AT&T I usually get disconnected from a customer support person before I can state my frustration. Does AT&T really care about my business or would they prefer I switch to a lower rate being offered by a competitor? I just don't understand this thought process. Will AT&T try and call me after I switch and want my business back like DirecTV did?

Have you compared one month's bill to the next to see what the increases may be?
If you still have questions after that exercise, please click this

Unless you had a promotional rate that expired in the last two months there is no reason your rates should have gone up. The only time AT&T raises rates is in February and it's typically $5 or less. Take a look at your bills and compare them and take JefferMC's advice and send a PM to Customer Care.
