Poor customer service and not resolution to complaints since 10-10-11!

I have filed a 2 FCC complaints, a BBB complaint and an executive complaint, spent 9+++ hours on the phone, called multiple times and talked to dozon of employees. I have been hung up on, told they would call me back at a nonworking number and passed around to an average of 7 departments every time I call. They refuse to let me talk with a manager and keep repeating themselves. You need to fire the executive that set up your alledged "Customer Service" dept and start over.
Several of my friends with iphones have already decided to change carriers so they do not have to deal with you as they are too busy. Don't want to risk having a problem that last weeks.
Will I ever have my phone connected and get internet service - I am beginning to doubt it. I had better not be billed for time when my phone is not working.

What exactly is the issue that you are having? Are you an AT&T U-verse customer?
