I am attempting to access my Uverse phone settings from my online account. The account is active and I can see my plans, but when I attempt to try to change something, I am immediately sent back to the login page. When I login again, the same thing happens.
I have tried from a number of different browsers. Any ideas on how to proceed?
Thanks!

As for the settings on your phone, what is it that you are trying to change, so others can see if the same is happening when they log into their accounts.
"Ren: Now listen, Cadet. I've got a job for you. See this button? Don't touch it! It's the History Eraser button, you fool!
Stimpy: So what'll happen?
Ren: That's just it. We don't know. Maybe something bad, maybe something good. I guess we'll never know, 'cause you're going to guard it. You won't touch it, will you?"

I am using Google Chrome on my Mac. I also tried Safari with the same results.
What I am trying to do is set the number of rings before voicemail picks up. I can't get to the screen that allows me to do this because I can't manage my phone settings because of the problem.
Thanks.

You can open Chrome in Safe mode and see what happens. Another browser you could try to rule out is Firefox to see what happens. Just make sure that Flash is up to date.
There have been times that I have had issues with the site not letting me into uverse.att.com, let it go for a day and tried the next day, it worked. I was just in my Uverse account setting up a payment, but did not go into any of my services like tv or Internet, but have seen what you are describing when the site goes wonky.

Just tried it on a Windows machine using Firefox and Internet Explorer with no luck. I was able to access all features links for TV and Internet. I'm at my wits end at this point and I'm not sure that calling in will help. Anyone have a tech support method where I don't have to wade through customer service via phone?
Thanks!

Calling Customer service is the only way if you cannot get the website to cooperate. Also send a message to Customer care at http://forums.att.com/t5/notes/privatenotespage/ta

Certain Ad blockers also interfere with some of AT&T's sites (e.g. I can't use my macros on this site because of some adblocking I have turned on).
