Well,

Five Uverse decoders including 1 DVR. One of them hangs once a month..big deal. Hold the power button...reboot. Today DVR hangs. Simple power button reboot. Comes back to life..yea !   BUT this time all DVR recordings are gone. My kids are crying. All the Christmas movies for tomorrow night are GONE. To  **** with your crappy TVIP technology. I'd have been fired from my IT job with crappy technology like you provide. I hope you hear my kids crying becasuse they can't watch Miracle on 34th St, Scrooge, and it's a Wonderful life. I will hope you get nothinh for christmas.

Miracle on 34th St is on AMC tonight. Scrooged is on HBO2 this morning. It's a Wonderful Life in on NBC tonight. I know it stinks to lose all your recordings, but it's not the end of the world.

If this keeps happening, contact techinical support; there may be a defect with your DVR.

Why is it ATT's fault? What ever happened to sitting down with your kids on Christmas and reading the Night before Christmas, vs using the electronic babysitter.
