Ok it seeems that the only way to contact att is thru this forum! the automation phone system SUCKS! i tried no matter what i select...ALL I'M GETTING IS..'SORRY THIS OFFICE IS CLOSED!" can some one please reach out to me regarding billing/cancellation? don't know the acct number but for record it is under **** thank you

Since this is account specific I would recommend that you send a private message to the escalation team at ATT Customer Care and someone will get in touch with you. Their normal business hours are from 7am to 10pm Central Time. Please take into account weekends when contacting them.
Customer care is not the same as customer service. They are a dedicated escalation team that gets issues resolved when other means have failed.
To check for their reply, click the little blue envelope. ![]()
You also shouldn't post your account number on a public forum.

I'm sorry you weren't able to speak with anyone last night. What number where you calling? As oufanindallas suggested, please shoot a private message to ATTCustomerCare with your name, account number, email address, phone number and the best time to contact you.

Through 1-800-288-2020, all of the main departments (billing/sales/retention) are open 8a-7p mon-fri, a shorter timeframe on saturday, and closed on sunday. Say Cancel when it asks you what you're calling about, then press 0 if it keeps asking you questions.
Technical support is open 24/7 365.

1-800-288-2020 always works for me. You just have to know how to manipulate the phone tree.and understand that some departments are not open 24/7.
