Here is some background:
I just had Uverse Internet installed and instead of doing it through my phone line, they set it up as a dry loop. Unfortunately, it was not correctly cabled but the tech who came out fixed the issue. I have two wires used for the phone and two wires for the dsl (dry loop).
If all goes well with the Internet, I am considering going with Uverse TV. How does it work? Will it go through the dry loop? Will Uverse TV connect wirelessly to my Wireless Gateway? or will I need the phone line to go to the Uverse TV box?
Any information would be greatly appreciated, so if I have to make any changes to the phone lines in my house I can do them prior to the install.
Thanks

You can keep the existing phone (POTS) wired as is. OR, get U-verse voice which rides the same signal as the internet & TV.
In that case - The POTS loop is not used - must be disconnected. The in-house phones are fed dial tone off the modem by plugging in to an existing jack
