My U-verse service will drop out when the temperature is around 30 degrees outside. The phone service will drop out, lose internet service and the TV will freeze. This has happened in the past and I had several support people come out to check outside wiring, replace gateways and perform other service. I have had Tier II people involved and the problem appeared to go away last year but it is back again. I was on the phone yesterday morning and this morning and was talking to family members when the phone dropped out. At the same time the TV froze and service disappeared for about one or two minutes. Sometimes service will be interrupted several times in one hour and then the problem stops. Has anyone ever experienced this problem?
