I would like to place a offical complaint against Uverse customer service

I am posting this message to try to help other people before they make the switch to ATT UVERSE.Before you make the switch please know that uverse will offer you just about anything to get you to switch.I have had to deal with this personally and can tell you it is a scam. when you try to handle th matter you are treated less then human by there reps.I HAVE A 14 PAGE LETTER OF COMPLAINT ON WHAT ME AND MY FAMILY HAS HAD TO GO THROUGH.I will be finding sites to post everything i have gone through in the short time of being a uverse customer.There is one more thing i will add i have Att wireless service and can tell you they dont do buisenss like uverse they truly are amazing.I turned to them in this matter and they even tried to deal with uverse and also was treated like trash They DONOT care about there customer.Like the wireless part of ATT does.

In something a lot less than 14 pages what exactly is your issue? MILLIONS of customers have had zero issues with UVerse and their numbers are growing. You posting a 14 page complaint may make you feel better, but noone is going to read anything that long. So if there is something specific and in 2 paragraphs or less you would like help with you can reply and we'll see what we can do.

YOUR experience is not indicative of EVERYONE'S experience.
We've had Uverse for 4+ years and except for a minor blip here and there, have been very happy.
I HATE tomatoes but I shouldn't assume everyone should avoid tomatoes. ![]()

I would like to see what they could fill up a 14 page letter with also.

Most of the new posters who post here fill up posts with meaningless drivel also. Maybe not 14 pages worth but way too much. They whine about Corporate Greed, how many years they have been with AT&T ("50 years and I'm Alexander Graham Bell's 15th cousin, 7 times removed), how many (2000) Facebook fans whom they are going to tell how bad AT&T is, too,and so on.
All posters need to do is 1) tell what the issue is and 2) what they have done to try to get it fixed - the rest is just "junk" to try and wade through.
It could be that writing all of that, helps them to vent. That is fine but I would then suggest paraphrasing the problem and then go into rant on / rant off, mode. I'll pass over that part, lol.

Finally got it straight, after the right people at SF set BOA in their place.

Uverse is horrible.... actually, the ATT DSL was also horrible before I switched to Uverse, no improvement, but I did get a hike in my bill. Unfortunately, I do not have an affordable alternative internet service in my area. The service is terrible, the bill pay website is awful, and I wish I didn't have to deal with them.

OMG, I better drop my service that I've had for over 3 years then based on your recommendation. Thank you for enlightening me to the errors of my ways. I'll call TimeComVerDirDishGrande today.
