I tried to place a complicated order that appears to not have gone through and would like to contact the same CSR who helped me with it previously. I have their name and ATT ID number, so how can I use that to get on the phone with them?

Send a PM to ATT Customer Care and let them know what is going on. They are an escalation team who can help you. Watch the blue envelope next to the Sign Out button on the forum page for message notification.
