I had U-Verse Internet only when I upgraded and added TV service starting 9/5/2012. I upgraded online with the promotional offer of a $200 reward card for new TV customers that started service between 9/4/2012 and 12/3/2012. I received my reward letter and when I went to the reward center it said I was only eligible for a $100 reward for new service and a $25 reward for existing U-Family customers upgrading to U200. I upgraded from U-Family to U200 on 9/7/2012 b/c U-Family did not have all the channels I wanted.
Why is my reward only $125 instead of the $200 that was promised?
Here is the order confirmation with reward info I was given when I first signed up.

There is a number to call to discuss missing Rewards but I no longer have it. At any rate, I'd try contacting Alex, one of the AT&T Community Managers for further assistance.
