T ired of crappy service and now payment is taken a week before it was due in the past. BULL CRAP

Anybody else fed up with AT&T's crappy service? My internet is slow and at times unbearable for what I'm paying. Just with internet and UV200, I'm paying 135$/month and for what? To get the bill and now see they are taking payment on the auto pay plan a week before they used to. My bills started out being taken out on the 10th of the month. Now they set it up to take them out on the 3rd. What a bunch of hogwash. I guess I'm fed up with AT&T and the crap. It's just too expensive for what you get (or don't get for that chunk of change). Internet service is slow, and I'm on the mid tier service. Can't go a week without the Uverse having to reset itself and of course, it happens to occur during one of the 5 or 6 shows I have setup to record on the DVR. So you know what happens then dont' you???? The show gets skipped. Sad, sad, sad. AT&T you blow chunks. I'm going to look into Xfinity and their internet service package. I'll end up paying 30$/month less and in 12 months, that's $360, a good chunk of change. After 10 years, I'm no longer a happy customer. Had it. Done with this crap. Adios AT&T.

I've got U350 TV and Max Turbo Internet + Wire Mainteinance and I pay $119 a month.
Great service, one outage problem so far, in third month at this point.

Since this is account specific I would recommend that you send a private message to the escalation team at ATT Customer Care and someone will get in touch with you. Please include your name, account number, email address, phone number and the best time to contact you. Their normal business hours are from 7am to 10pm Central Time. It may take up to 48 hours for them to respond and please take into account weekends when contacting them.
Customer care is not the same as customer service. They are a dedicated escalation team that gets issues resolved when other means have failed.

Out of the 4 posts, two on the above linked thread, one in 2009 griping about the update then with the software to the boxes and now this.
Personally, are you ever happy with anything, or just make a statement every few months with no substance to back it up, or allow others to assist you.
I personally would not want to work with you, you would probably be the same way in a work environment, and when someone would try to address your issues, you would probably just walk away, then come back a few months later complaining about something else, then lather, rinse, repeat.
