Ridiculous I cannot chat or email Billing customer service!!

I got on Chat with tech support even though I was on the billing support webpage.
Chat agent said I could only contact billing via phone.
I have been having intermittent Uverse internet access.
ATT service guys came out Monday 1/16/12.
They were great and solved the problem.
They also told me I was only getting less than 1 gig access when I have been paying for 6 meg since March.
I expect to be reimbursed or compensated in some fashion.
I expect AT&T to refund me 85% of my service charge for March 2011 to January 2012.
Please advise.

Why, 1 G access is 100 M, so 6M internet fits in there pretty easy if your figures are accurate. ![]()

I agree it is ridiculous that there is not an e-mail option for international ex-pats who still have service in there homes in the US. I spent almost a hour with the 'useless' chat guy who did nothing but read me my bill. When I insisted that he tell me why it had changed he said he was technical and could not help me. Total waste of time!!
