I'm a new Uverse customer and was making my first payment for Uverse through "Online Banking with BOA". For some reason the money electronicley sent was posted to a wrong acct and I was shown in arrears and late even though I had paid this bill 3 weeks earlier.. It took many calls to BOA and Att but the issue was finally cleared up when " NORA in the Columbus CAll Center" investigated and went and did the necessary things to corect this problem. I want to thank her for doing a good job. Not all billing issues are kicked down the road.
