A month ago, the sales rep that came to my house sold me the U300 TV, 24mbps internet, and whatever the standard phone package is (BOT250), with two receivers and 1 dvr, for a combined total of $132 per month. I was told that although separately the services would cost over $200 per month, because of the bundling, the rate would be $132. Not a promotional 3 month rate, but my monthly rate going forward.
After reading so many of the other posts in this forum, I was bracing myself for the worst when my first bill arrived. I must say, it completely exceeded my expectations. For the August 4 - August 25 partial billing cycle, plus the next full month, my total was......... $407. Quite a deal.
I just sent a PM to Alex, as others have been told to do. I'll post again when I get a resolution.

Your first bill will always be higher than your subsequent monthly bills because of the addition of a prorated billing period and one time charges such as installation fees or activation fees. There are detailed line items on the bill which show what you are being billed for and the period covered. You can also review the link below for an explanation of your first bill:
By reviewing your bill, you can see any charges which might be in question as opposed to just looking at the bill amount. Also, I am not aware of any permanent bundled discounts. Most promotional pricing last from 6 to 12 months before the regular rates kick in.

Yes, I understand, and I did look at the paper version to clarify.
As for the bundling, I'm only going off of what I was sold. I specifically asked him "What's the catch? Does this great deal expire after 3 months?" And I was told that it would simply be the regular rate going forward. I imagine that it was meant to be for a year, at the end of which I call and threaten to cancel and get the bundled deal again.

What line items did you discovered were being billed in error as a result of a review of your bill?

If you signed up through a door-to-door rep, you should have received an order form indicating the discounts you will receive and the duration of that discount. If you call in, the rep can pull up the copy of the order form submitted, as well. Of course, if you've already PM'd Alex, he can help as well, it just make take more time.

I don't know which line items specifically, they may have all been correct, but the bill was missing a bundle discount.

Thought I'd wrap up this post with the results of my attempts to get my bill straightened out.
I PM'd Alex as everyone suggests, and heard back from a ChrisZ, who works in the same area. He promptly adjusted my monthly bill going forward (verified this by looking at the sample bill under my account overview) to match what I was quoted, and corrected the bill I did receive to reflect the proper amount.
He was very responsive and got everything worked out in a day or two. Very refreshing to get such quick, helpful service after some of the run arounds I've received in other areas. So it looks like I'm finally set.
