I'm new to ATT Uverse and have spent MANY hours on the phone trying to get help on billing issues- UGH!! Is there a way I can email someone at att for help? people who provide customer service on the phone seem to be generally incompetent. I have been with att for 10 plus years just cancelled my account out of frustration but still need to resolve billing issue. HELP!!!
