I recently switched from AT&T DSL to U-Verse. My old AT&T phone and DSL account was closed. In my old AT&T phone and DSL account (now closed) I had a bundle with DirecTV, for which I recieved a $5 credit each month. Will my DirecTV bundle be automatically transfered to my new U-Verse account? Called customer support on the phone and they said they did not know and I would have to wait until I receive my first U-Verse bill. I want to continue to bundle in my DirecTV service so that I may receive a monthly discount. Thank you.

Try contacting Alex, one of the AT&T Community Managers for further assistance.

Your DirectTv isn't automatically transferred to the Uverse bill, the rep has to manually enter that info, and unless you specifically requested it, it's unlikely the rep did.
Due to differences in billing cycles, you may get one more POTS/DSL/DirectTv combined bill (even if the pots/dsl have no charges). If you call the billing department, they can add DTV to your uverse bundle at any time.
Of course, you can always contact Alex like the previous poster said...he'll get it all straightened out, too.
