Because I switched from ATT to ATT U-verse, I can't sign up to see or pay my bills without it saying my original account was closed. How do I still use my email and password to create a u-verse account without it saying my account was closed?

What happens if you go to https://www.att.com/olam/unauth/displaySelectAccou ntRegistration.myworld and choose "UVerse TV, Internet & Voice" in the pull down for "Account type", then enter your att.net email or BAN (Billing Account Number), and Billing Zip Code?
Does it allow you to create an account to access your UVerse info online?
If it isn't, click the blue envelope at the upper right hand corner of this page, and Private Message "ATTCustomerCare" without the quotes, and they can fix the problem.
In the mean time, until they get it corrected, you can go into a local ATT store and pay at the kiosk in the store. You will need your BAN (Billing Account Number), or you can pay through your bank, or over the phone.

"Ren: Now listen, Cadet. I've got a job for you. See this button? Don't touch it! It's the History Eraser button, you fool!
Stimpy: So what'll happen?
Ren: That's just it. We don't know. Maybe something bad, maybe something good. I guess we'll never know, 'cause you're going to guard it. You won't touch it, will you?"
