I returned my receiver 12/5/11, but was just billed $150 for it. I have been trying to get ahold of Uverse on the phone for help, but keep getting transfered to another person who does not help me and transfers me nonstop! I have used up hours on my cell phone trying to get this resolved! I even made a photo copy of my receipt with the tracking # from the UPS store and snail mailed it to Uverse, but have not heard back. I am so close to cancelling my uverse because the customer service has been horrible!!
