Why is there no place on the ATT.com web site where a customer can go to print out the whole set of instructions for ALL the features associated with their home phone number. ATT used to give customers a booklet which detailed the instructions for customers phone account features. This is not available any longer.
I would like to print out all the features for my account along with their instructions and I cannot do this without jumping through several hoops. Each feature has it's own web page. I would have to navigate down three or four layers of the ATT web site and then navigate to each feature and print out each separate page. I can't relate how idiotic I believe this is. And frustrating for seniors who get confused by all those different web page meneauvers.
I have discussed this with four or five different customer support individuals at ATT and am totally frustrated that I cannot click on one simple link to print all instructions for my accounts features.
Why does it have be so difficult? I'm a long time customer who is ready to switch to Comcast after spending literally hours on hold waiting for a Customer support person and then going away frustrated.

Here is a pdf posted by beebeeSA the other day - http://www.att.com/media/att/2012/support/pdf/voic
You can view on-line or the pdf control comes up bottom right - try printing from that.
Everything seems to be here in a different format - https://www.att.com/esupport/article.jsp?sid=KB401
