This is an on going issue. It all started back in November of 2011 when I had signed up for att. On November 14th I had signed up for a promotion att had for internet and home phone. I signed a contract for internet to be at $14.95 and phone at $35. Total each month the bill was supposed to be around $50 plus tax. Every month since then and even as of today 4/25/2012, my bill has changed every month and comes in at over $80. Some times 82, one at 84, and I have had 2 including the first bill be over 100. I had no past do bills or fees. Every month I have called and EVERY MONTH I am told that my bill will be adjusted. I have spoken with over 15 PEOPLE AT ATT that said they would adjust the bill. Each time they tell me the bill will be fixed and the next bill will be around $50. I have spent hours on the phone with att AND EVERY TIME I CALL YOU NAME IT SUPOIRVIORS AND EMPLOYEES TELL ME THEY FIXED MY BILL. Then they tried to tell me a bunch of bull blaming the problem on other departments. One person blamed it the “marketing” department. They told me I didn’t have a contract when I clearly did. Then I asked to cancel and they said I did have one and I would have to pay a fee. ATT employees will say they will call back within the next day to make sure the adjustments go threw and they don’t. Nether do the adjustments. I am so fed up with being LIED to every month and having to call back. It’s extremely stressing and takes up my time. I have every ATT employees NAME AND REFRENCE number that I have talked to, but that doesn’t seem to matter. I AM SICK OF THIS HORRIBLE SERVICE. IF YOU THAINKING ABOUT GETTING ATT DON’T. NOT WORTH IT ONE BIT. This is still a ongoing problem and as of today 4/25/12 anther employee said that they had fixed the problem. I doubt it is. Going on 7 months and still counting. If some kind of ATT corporate or management is reading this please contact me also. I have tried getting a corporate number but all they have is a Texas address. Thanks ATT for treating your customers like junk

What will Alex do for my situation? If he is in customer service he will be no help as I have talked to probably 10, including a few supervisors, in that department that don’t fix the problem and frankly seems like they don’t care about there customers.

Alex does not work in Customer Service. He is a Community Manager on the forum, and has helped quite a few customers get their issues resolved.
