Uverse freezing picture and now internet issues makes it impossible to use

Hi

I have a service technician coming out once again becase my picture freezes.

Now I am having complete service interuption, including internet.

Before, I am told it is  not the equipment, but the line. I did have my gateway box and DVR replaced during the last visit.  I have them plugged into the wall in two different outlets.

I am told someone will comeout to work on "the line".    The last time I was told that of the two incoming lines, one was running around 75% and the other was less than 25%.

Can anyone on here help me?

Thanks

What RG do you have?  589 or iNid?

How is it connected? HDMI, component, composite, coax?

Can you find the Broadband Status under Broadband here:  http://192.168.1.254/

Then copy/paste the info here. Smiley Surprised

sorry

I thought I posted that before...

The line was tested at the box out front in my yard.  At the side of my house, inside my house, and even with a new router that he brought in.  All showed about the same signal issues with one of the lines.   Same thing - one line is much weaker.

My neighbor came out while the tech was here.    He is having the same isses with his Uverse as well.  He, too, has had 2-3 service techs out for the same issue.  HHmmmmmm pattern?

We belong to the same junction box which is just under 5000' away, which the tech thought was part of the issue because of the distance.
