Please joib ne with this complaint

Please join me with a complaint that AT&T says they only have the option to turn closed caption on and off. It is at the bottom of the screen and blocks the bottom caption. Some need both. This should be resolved so that it can be more friendly user for all needs.

Please see this thread.  Closed captioning has already been addressed and a formal complaint has already been filed with the FCC and is being dealt with.

I'm not sure I understand the OP's complaint.  He mentions 2 sets of captions with one blocking the other.  Sounds like he is complaining about the position where the closed caption is displayed on the screen?
