Having a problem lately with playing back recordings, video and audio is stuttering pretty frequently. This is only happening on one box, which is a remote box.
I have checked all the coax connections and they are tight, and ran the UV Realtime program with these results.
Any help is appreciated!

Try unplugging the ac cable from the RG for 30 seconds and then reconnect it. After it reboots do this with the DVR STB, and the other STBs as well. Check your playback of the recording on the STB in question. If you are still having issues call TS and ask the CSR to run a test on your service for errors. If they see any request a tech be sent out to check your install.

Thanks for the quick reply.
I have tried all that previously and it only temproraily fixes the problem.
I'll call TS and see what they can do.

Another thing you can do is if your install is coax, check to make sure all of the cabling on the STBs is tight.
