Hi there! Everything I've been finding online about your phone specifically states that you can add a ringtone for your caller groups but I can't find anything to tell how to do it?? I've been seraching for days, to try to help you.
First of all, are your contacts saved to your PHONE memory???

No question is ever dumb...that's how I started on this forum...asking questions about a phone that I had and someone helped me. The manuals don't tell you too much sometimes.
Sorry, that's all I could find by looking around the internet. As for your other question, I have NO idea, to tell you the truth. I was looking around last night and came up empty handed. I think they probably save to your phone automatically. Did you try looking around in your contacts...are there any options to move to the SIM?? I'd say if there's an option to move them, then your contacts are alraedy stored in your phone. Hopefully, there's someone on here that will be able to help you.

Making & Editing groups
1. PressMenu > Address Book > Groups.
2. To add newgroup,press Options > Create New Group.
3. To edit group, press Options >Edit Group > Add Members,
Edit Members or Remove Members.
4. To rename group, press Options > Rename Group.
5. To delete group, press Options > Delete Group.

Setting ring tones
1. Press Menu > My Stuff > Audio.
2. Select the folder>select a file> Options > Set as Ring
Tone.
....all I can say is to look for an option, in your phone, to set a ringtone for that group. Maybe you have to save your group to a folder??? That's just a guess on my part. Let me know how you make out.
